A Senior Tuber is a mature person who is or would like to become a YouTube content creator. You may have an idea, gift or talent that you’d like to share with the world. Or you may want to leave your legacy to your family or to a larger audience. Either way, the Senior Tuber Community is here to support your journey and help you with the process.
No, you do not have to be a senior. We like to say ‘we don’t check I.D.’ We have members of all ages. We began the Senior Tuber for those who want to create a new chapter in their life. Whether it’s to embark on a new adventure where they can create something, have fun, belong to a community, and earn extra income, or to continue the work they were doing before retirement and now want to teach what they know.
I’m Fran Asaro, and I created the Senior Tuber Community after years of being a YouTube Creator and a Life and Business Coach. One day I realized that I wanted to become a full-time creator AND I wanted to continue to work with people my age to help them stay stimulated, creative, and connected in a fun, safe environment. So I created Senior Tuber to help others do what I love doing and to have a place to be with like-minded individuals.
While our members are mostly women, we have men who join us on occasion.
No, you don’t have to join anything to be a Senior Tuber. You can just BE one by starting a channel and having fun. We’d love it if you would tag your channel #SeniorTuber so other Senior Tubers can find and support you. We do have a group that meets weekly called the Senior Tuber Circle and a Senior Tuber Facebook Community if you’d like, but this is a no-obligation experience. We figure at our age, we’ve all done our time following rules, now it’s time to play!
We continue to grow and reinvent ourselves to better serve our community. We want you to participate at the level that’s comfortable for you. Whether that means you:
